This class is designed for the individuals who are looking for a focus on submissions, positional sweeps, take-downs, and strategic attacks and defences.

Students will expand their knowledge in all ranges of groundfighting and improve their overall MMA performance. The class is open to anyone regardless of skill level or experience.

General structure of the course will be as follow :

A short brief group warm up shall consist of :
Jogging around the mat, high knee jog, butt-kicking jog, inside side step,
outside side step... 

After this we get a partner and continue with MMA related standing up and on the floor warming up exercises like hip escapes, bridging, sit outs, airplane drills or sit outs.

Than we start the technique class. All technique will be demonstrated by the instructor, observed by the seminar participants and practiced by the students.
