Ultimate strength trainers

"I don't copy what they do,
I use their acknowledgment to develop my concept..."
- Roel Veys -

"I hated every minute of training, but I said to myself, don't quit! Suffer now and live for the rest of your life as a champion."
- Muhammad Ali -

When I pack my bag for training, often they say:
"You live only once, Why spilling time with training again!?
Then I look up and respons:
" You' re right, I have to train more...!"
- Roel Veys -

Welcome to my personal part of the site,
I' m more than honored that you take the time to check what I have to share with you.

In this part, we will explore the
- Ultimate performance Concept -

Many other trainers name their way of training and thinking a "System". I don't like to 'name' my way of reaching an ultimate fitness profile.

But to share it with the world, talk about it and to develop it,
I had too!

So I chose to name it a "Concept".
Like Bruce Lee chose to name his concept: Jeet Kune Do(JKD) or Jun Fan Gung Fu
He also wasn't happy that his concept was named, he was afraid that it would freeze in a particular form.

The reason why I disliked to chose a name, was because I constantly adapt and evolve my way of training and feeding my body.

Like  Pat Riley said:
"Excellence is the gradual result of always striving to do better."

and like Ross Enamait wrote:
"Impossible is only a word. The only impossible feats in this world are those that you accept."

there are many intelligent people all over the world who has developed something useful in performance training.
But for me, there are three persons in special I look up to.
They share the ability,
like Bruce Lee
to absorb everything in their way to develop their stamina.
Martin Rooney, Ross  Enamait & Jason Ferruggia.

i hope that the UPC(Ultimate Performance Concept) will be useful to reach your goals.

every seminar,
there will be info added to the themes.
The information on this site will be a particle of the syllabus you receive on the seminars, but also complete the seminars.
So it's essential to come and check out the seminars.

Good luck,
Roel Veys.
